Autumn Course starting 23rd September 2025
We are offering a 10 session FREE* row-fit course followed by a subsidised** Holiday Rowing Camp taking the skill and power you have developed onto the water!
The intention of the 10 session course is to set a baseline fitness and technical understanding with the opportunity to take these skills into a boat and develop them into competent Sculling on the water in one of our Holiday Camps.
This Course is aimed towards Children aged 12-16 years of age.
For those wanting to progress from the ‘on-water’ Rowing Camp into a squad group, squad assessments will be held at specified points throughout the year.
Once you have completed the course you will be invited to attend a trial and from there have the option to continue to row with Brentford Boat Club either recreationally of Competitively.
